Stafford Associates one of the first Long Island firms to build green offices. The gold-rated building at 21 Bennetts Road features geothermal heating and cooling, preferred parking for hybrids, rainwater collection, dark sky lighting, a tighter more efficient building envelope and recycled building materials.
