Data Center Power

Stafford Associates delivers complete data center power redundancy to servers as well as ventilation and air conditioning.

If our data center were to experience a power disruption for any reason, you're covered. That's because we have a complete power management system, including backup generators in the unlikely event that normal power supplies fail.

• All guests are required to pass through a two-factor authentication barrier
• A contactless Mifare photo-ID smartcard is required for entry/exit on all data center doors in the facility
• Motion-sensitive cameras track & record all data center activity
• 90 day archive of all data center activity video logs

SAS 70 Type II Compliant

The Stafford Associates data center, located in Setauket, New York, has been confirmed by an independent auditor to be SAS 70 Type II compliant. By devoting substantial time and resources to SAS 70 compliance, our data center meets the highest standards in guaranteeing the safety and security of your information technology.

PCI DSS Compliant

Major credit card companies have made it mandatory for merchants and credit card processors to meet the strict network security rules that went into effect in 2005.  Stafford Associates is PCI (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Compliant.  We have become the first PCI Compliant Company in the Tri-State/Metropolitan area.  PCI Certification has enabled us to host credit card data from companies that are not currently certified.
