Our technicians can perform the service on your site or you can bring your machine here to us. All estimates are completed quickly and the customer is quoted before any work is to be performed. If you choose not to complete the repair you will be charged a nominal fee of $45.00.
Stafford Techncians are also experts in the repair and rehabilitation of printers and plotters. One year maintenance agreements can even be purchased to allow a technician to visit with you once a year to clean and keep healthy all the printers in your office and cover them for any problems that occur during the year. You will only be responsible for the consumables (toners and other consumer replaceable items) your printer uses. Many of the parts that common printers use are stocked here at Stafford Associates Computer Specialists, Inc which makes turn around time much quicker than most!
